I was wondering what types of changes two income families made to live off of one income when they decided to homeschool?

Change work schedule

My husband continue to struggle with how we can live on one income and we haven't figured that out yet. The struggle does point out how bad debt can be and we are working on resolving that. I was looking at working in the afternoon so I could be at home with my kids during the day.

I suppose we already have one benefit though, because my husband works from home. Atleast I don't have to worry about not seeing him.

Extra spending money

My mom does part-time jobs like housekeeping and pet-sitting to have some extra spending money.

Budgeting

I would recommend making a budget and learning how to live on a budget. Make a list of all of your expenses and see what you can cut out. It's important to know where all of you money is going so you can control it.
